Nisus Finance Hits Double Digits with ₹300Cr Bengaluru Investment

Nisus Finance Services Co. has announced a strategic investment in three residential projects developed by Sumukha Housing in Bengaluru. Funded through its ₹1,700-crore Real Estate Special Opportunities Fund I (RESO-I), the developments carry an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹300 crore.

Promoted by Arjun Vasu and Varun Vasu, these projects are strategically located across Bengaluru's established and emerging residential corridors to meet the rising demand for quality mid-income and premium housing. Each project boasts excellent connectivity, proximity to major employment hubs, and robust social infrastructure. This transaction marks the tenth successful deployment for the RESO-I fund, which specializes in structured credit investments for asset-backed, special-situation real estate projects with strong cash flows and short exit timelines.
